Extra Curricular Activities

There is a wide variety of clubs & extra-curricular activities for Oakwood children.

Unless otherwise stated, these take place during school hours, and for the fee paying activities children usually receive 10 x ½ hour lessons per term (payable directly to the teacher concerned). The following are currently available:

Instrument lessons - usually from Year 2 upwards - fee paying.
Piano, Flute, Recorder, Violin, Clarinet - please enquire for Trumpet, Trombone, Percussion and Cello.

Speech & Drama - from Year 1 upwards - fee paying.

Lunchtime Clubs - open to various age groups (run free of charge by staff members).

After School Club - from 3.45pm - 5.00pm, for all ages (Mondays to Thursdays only) - fee paying.

Early Birds Club - from 8.00am - 8.30am for Reception upwards (Mondays to Fridays) - fee paying.

Football - Infants on Mondays and Juniors on Wednesdays - run by Mr Kurti after school - fee paying.

Dance - Nursery children on Fridays (included in school fees) - run by Miss Penny.

Ballet - from Reception upwards on Thursdays after school - fee paying.  Contact Miss Penny Parks on 020 8660 2127 for availablity and fees.

Musical Theatre - various ages on Saturday mornings - fee paying.  Contact Miss Penny Parks as above.
